AASG SPRING CONFERENCE UPDATE
The conference ends on Wednesday March 22 at 12:00 pm. We will be providing a sack lunch for all delegates after the closing ceremonies.
The Thunder Mountain student government has many other unique events planned for their conference including a full interactive tour of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration facility, workshops hosted by Alaska legislators, a performance from the school’s production of The Beauty and the Beast, and a presentation from Dr. Rosita Worl, President of the Sealaska Heritage Institute.
Delegates are welcome to sleep at the school Monday and Tuesday nights. If there are any delegations that need to sleep at the school the night of Sunday March 19, the day before the conference, or Wednesday March 22, the last day of the conference, the school will be able to accommodate them with prior notice. Delegates must contact the Thunder Mountain activities director, Jake Jacoby at email@example.com and schedule it ahead of time.
Everyone is getting super excited about the conference. We’ll see you there!
P.S. Executive Board (E-Board) members and advisors must arrive a day early for conference.
