2019 AASG Fall Conference Registration

  • Welcome to the registration site for AASG's Fall 2019 Conference at Palmer High School in Palmer, November 1-3, 2019.

    Please read these directions. The process will be smooth if the registrations meet these conditions:

    1. Complete only one registration for each delegate, advisor and/or chaperone. Please confirm the name spelling, it is used for printing name tags.

    2. Agree on the SAME NAME for your school and use it on every registration. DO NOT put the words "High School" as part of your school name. Having a variety of names can result in confusion for the administrator and lost registrations.

    3. Be sure that every registrant uses the EXACT SAME WORKING ADVISOR EMAIL. You will receive confirmation to the email address in the registration. Note: An error in the email address is a primary reason advisors do not get notification of registrations.

    4. Registration ($130) begins as soon as the website registration link is live. Late registration ($150) begins October 18 and ends October 25.

    5. Advisors will pay a $90 registration fee and the host school will be able to register up to 20 student conference volunteers at no cost.

    6. Electronic Eligibility (for grades, etc.) is required by October 25. It is important for us to confirm eligibility on time!

    7. Substitutions after October 25 will require a $20 CHANGE FEE, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 25.

    8. Travel scholarships are due by October 18, 2019.

    9. Invoices will be emailed to the advisor AND the schools accounts payable department weekly once registration begins. Please note, we do not accept a purchase order as proof of payment. Please mail your check OR bring a check to the conference OR contact the accounting department to make payment with credit card (the contact information is on the invoice).

    Please email JEANIE FARLEY, jeanief@asaa.org, with registration changes. Substitutions after October 25, 2019 require a $20 change fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after October 25, 2019.
